	Terms & Conditions Application - These conditions shall apply to all sales of wallpaper by George Spencer Decorations Ltd. on behalf of Ornamenta Ltd. to any purchaser and shall apply in place of and prevail over any terms and conditions contained in or referred to in the customers order or in any correspondence. General - The minimum order is 1 roll if wallpaper is stocked. Minimum quantity for a special printing is 12 rolls. Orders are invoiced on a proforma basis. Carriage - Carriage will be charged at £16.50 ex vat per 12 roll package, subject to variation depending on customer requirements. Where small packages are sent by recorded post, the carriage charge will be £3.50 ex vat per package. Loss or Damage in TransitClaims for non-arrival of goods must be made within 7 days of our invoice date and confirmed in writing. Damaged goods or short delivery must be signed for as such and we must be notified in writing. Delivery - Any date or time quoted for delivery is approximate, and no liability can be accepted for failure to deliver at a specific time. Title to Goods - Responsibility for insurance passes to the buyer upon acceptance of the delivery. Colour Matching - Ornamenta papers are hand printed and we cannot guarantee an exact match for stock items. If we are printing to order and an exact match is required, customers should send us a cutting to match. Inspection of Goods - It is the responsibility of the customer to check that all batch numbers are the same before hanging. The wallpaper should be checked for defects before hanging. Claims cannot be accepted or exchanges made once more than 1 roll has been hung. Cancellation - Where an order is placed for goods, which have to be specially made, cancellation cannot be accepted. All other orders, once cut and packed, will be treated as returns where cancellation or amendment is requested at subject to a 25% restocking charge. Liability - We supply all goods on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for purpose is limited to a sum not exceeding the wholesale purchase price of the particular goods. Continuity - We reserve the right to alter prices and to change the specification of any of our products or alter trading terms and conditions without prior notice.
