A collection of handprinted
fabrics, borders and wallpapers, inspired by the romance of
manuscript music.
The original document of Henry Purcell's finest
opera 'The Fairie Queen' provides the design for the fabric,
while the wallpaper is created from engraved musical motifs
in the style of Toile de Jouy.
The English Musick design is handprinted
on a subtle strie background. Although it repeats on a large
scale, the design works equally well in intimate rooms as
in more spacious surroundings.
